Gladstone & Weissman, P.A. Named a Finalist for 2015 South Florida Best Places to Work by South Florida Business Journal
In Small Companies Category, Firm One of Only 15 Finalists and Only Law Firm .
Boca Raton, Fla. – Jan. XX, 2015 – Marital and family law firm Gladstone & Weissman, P.A., with offices in Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, was recently named a 2015 Best Places to Work awards finalist by South Florida Business Journal. The firm is the only law firm and one of only 15 finalists, selected from hundreds of applications, to be listed in the award’s Small Companies category (10-50 employees).
Winners will be announced at the Feb. 26, 2015 Best Places to Work awards annual signature event at The Signature Grand in Davie.
Companies were judged based on the results of an employee survey administered by Quantum Market Research in 2014. The survey evaluated team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices. Eighty-five percent of employees were required to complete the survey for the Small Companies category. Companies were required to be based in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties.
Winning companies will be profiled in South Florida Business Journal in February.
