Kristina A. Ziegenfuss, CFE, FRP, is a veteran of the United States Army. Ms. Ziegenfuss is an alumna of Florida State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in 2010 and master’s degree in 2012. Ms. Ziegenfuss has held the distinction of Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since 2014 and became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2019.
Ms. Ziegenfuss’ experience in family law spans more than a decade and has exclusively focused on complex high net worth divorce litigation and collaboration, paternity, child custody, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and other family law matters.
Ms. Ziegenfuss' broad knowledge of both family law and forensic practices facilitates in the preparation of financial disclosures utilized in a broad scope of family law matters. She works directly with attorneys, forensic accountants, and clients during the entire pendency of the matter at hand. Additionally, Ms. Ziegenfuss lends to identifying, tracing, and characterizing assets and liabilities in complex cases.
