Family Law Practice In South Florida Committed To Quality
Founded in 1997, Gladstone & Weissman, P.A., is built upon a foundation of customized counsel and attentive client service. Our goal is always to support our clients’ goals. With a reputation as one of the most well-respected family law firms in South Florida, we provide highly experienced counsel and representation to high net worth individuals in the most sophisticated and sensitive cases. Led by a team of board-certified family law specialists, our talented lawyers bring a wealth of expertise to bear on a wide range of complex family law matters. We believe in quality representation rather than quantity of cases, so each case we accept receives the benefit of our complete attention and skill.
Representing high-profile clients in a low-profile manner, our Florida firm is highly regarded in the legal community. Our board-certified marital and family law attorneys concentrate on discreetly handling complex matters related to divorce, child custody and relocation, equitable distribution, alimony, child support and other areas of family law.
At Gladstone & Weissman, we are committed to delivering service we can be proud of for our clients’ sake above all. We believe in quality of representation, not quantity of cases, so the select cases we accept receive the full benefit of our attention and skill.
A History Of Successful Relationships
Founders Peter L. Gladstone and Jeffrey A. Weissman met in 1994 when Jeff was a recent law school graduate and Peter was a sixth-year associate at the noted firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale. In November 1997, Peter left to found The Law Offices of Peter L. Gladstone, P.A., and just two years later, Peter and Jeff joined forces to form Gladstone & Weissman.
The spirit of collegiality that characterized our firm’s earliest days has been maintained and cultivated throughout the years. To a large measure, our firm’s longevity and success are directly tied to its own brand of law firm culture, which focuses on the pragmatic achievement of its clients’ goals. We still maintain that listening to our clients and understanding their concerns enable us to better counsel and advise them.
We zealously guard the firm’s way of doing business, prioritizing personal relationships. To this day, our firm still feels like family, and we continue to cultivate the “dedication-to-clients” mentality that Gladstone & Weissman team members share.
